Commercial Department

The commercial team is involved in growing, managing and enhancing the brands' A+ product and services strategy. In collaboration with the rest of the business, we identify practical opportunities and enhancements to improve turnover and account origination that is commercially viable.

Using the latest data analysis tools and databases, our data experts collect and interpret data about purchases, payments and market-related behaviours of current and future customers.

Finance Department

This team manages all aspects of our organisation's operational finances in a way that empowers the rest of the business to do what they do well, knowing that everything's in hand.

As part of their offering, they record and maintain accounts, pay invoices, bill customers, track assets and expenditures and manage all tax-related matters. They also ensure controls are in place to safeguard business assets, help budgeting and forecasting processes flow smoothly and that we remain compliant with the relevant authorities.

Project Office Department

The team in our Project Management Office are master jugglers of business priorities.

Driven by excellence, this team uses the latest project management tools and methodologies to effectively manage, plan and execute projects aimed at improving efficiencies, customer experience and business performance overall.

Business Analysis Department

Our Business Analysts are experts at using Agile Methodology to develop the quickest, most effective and most reliable solutions for complex business problems.

Driven by continuous improvement and delivering quality, they have an unwavering focus on finding smarter ways of doing things whilst looking for opportunities to increase business value.

Legal & Compliance Department

This department includes three specialist areas:

  1. Our legal team protects the interest of the business through solid legal advice and legal support services across a range of specialisms.
  2. The compliance function ensures statutory and/or regulatory requirements are identified, controls implemented and monitored, and non-compliance highlighted as and when required.
  3. Our Quality Assurance team assures that internal policies and procedures are relevant, implemented and followed to fulfil quality requirements.

Business Intelligence Department

Using the latest software and tools, our Business Intelligence department transforms data into actionable insights that inform Tenacity's strategic and tactical decisions.

This team of highly skilled individuals creates magic from data, using combinations of reports, dashboards, graphs, charts and maps to provide business functions with detailed intelligence about the historical, present and future state of the business.

Collections Department

Our Collections department comprises of a group of vibrant people who specialize in assisting customers who are in arrears. Our Agents are trained to educate and engage clients in inbound and outbound contact centre environments, with the purpose of reaching suitable repayment arrangements.

Our goal is to support our customers on their journey to rehabilitate their account status and credit records, whilst managing Tenacity's credit risk.

Debt Review & Recoveries Department

Recoveries:

The Recoveries team is a specialist group of Tenacity Colleagues who play a significant role in managing the relationships which exist between Tenacity and External Debt Collections agencies (EDCs). They utilize their specialist knowledge in systems, Debt Collections Act, contact centre operations and risk management to guide and coach EDCs to achieve the recovery targets which have been set, and in so doing, contribute directly to the profitability of the Tenacity business.

Debt Review:

Our Debt Review Department is a support environment within the Tenacity Call Centre. It provides a dedicated service to our customers and their registered Debt Counsellors upon entering the Debt Review process. They support in the supply of the required documents, and further support in resolving any enquiries which arise around Ombudsman related compliance matters. They are skilled in negotiation and relationship management in solving Credit and Debt Counselling related challenges, in the interest of assisting in the credit rehabilitation process for customers.
