Since April 2007, Tenacity Financial Services has been one of the supporting services for the Pepkor Group, supporting the Ackermans, PEP and Pepkor Speciality brands in terms of inter-operable credit sales across brands through store cards to customers.
Our credit programmes are highly regarded for their simple pricing structures, quick time to market, and ongoing professional support. We currently operate in South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland and Botswana, running credit programmes for Refinery, Ackermans, PEP, Shoe City, Dunns and Tekkie Town.
Through our specialised credit programmes, we aim to assist retailers with direct growth in turnover and substantially enhance their customers' retail experience as well as their retailer/customer relationships.
